I understand that Julie will need to dialogue with any other 3Y Graduate with whom I’m in a professional relationship in order to avoid the possibility of dual relationships within this training. Furthermore, I understand that if I’m the client of a 3Y Graduate, my identity will be kept confidential unless I have provided my practitioner with written permission to share my identity with Julie for the purpose of this application.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the training begins, the cohort is fixed for the duration of the training. Therefore, if anyone leaves the training, their place can't be filled by another qualified participant. Given that, partial tuition refunds will only be issued when a participant is faced with a personal medical emergency or a death in their immediate family necessitating that they withdraw from the training. In those unforeseeable instances, a partial refund will be calculated and issued based on the date of withdrawal.
